Attolight's proprietary technology overcomes the intrinsic limitation of ultrafast optical measurement techniques, enabling scientists and researchers to achieve nanometer spatial resolution and picosecond temporal resolution - simultaneously. A true scientific breakthrough.

Our innovative technology was developed at the Institute of Quantum Electronics and Photonics of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology). It is the result of almost ten years of research and development.

The first scientific measurements using Attolight's technology were published in Nature in 2005: "Probing Carrier Dynamics in Nanostuctures by Picosecond Cathodoluminescence".
