Wide Band Gap Semiconductors: BN
Ultrafast cathodoluminescence is the ideal tool for time-resolved measurements of wide band gap materials such as BN, AlN, etc. with emission energies up to 6.88 eV. This tool is more versatile than laser excitation spectroscopy; it allows you to rapidly measure different samples even in different spectral ranges, form ultraviolet to near infrared.
