We are excited to announce the launch of the next-generation Allalin Spectroscopy Platform — a major leap forward in materials analysis and nanoscale research.
Building on Attolight’s heritage in Cathodoluminescence (CL) and Time-Resolved Cathodoluminescence (TRCL), the enhanced Allalin system now includes:
- 🔬 Photoluminescence (PL) – A non-destructive technique for probing electronic states and material defects with high sensitivity.
- ⏱️ Time-Resolved Photoluminescence (TRPL) – Enables detailed analysis of carrier lifetimes, recombination dynamics, and optoelectronic device performance.
